Bella MedSpa & Wellness Clinique has a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
- We kindly request that you call us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so or not showing up for your appointment will result in $50 no-show fee. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy.
- We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the necessary paperwork.
- We kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home, except for service animals.
- Please note that all prices and services are subject to change without prior notice, including any special promotional prices.
- We do not process refunds for gift card purchases, but they are transferable and do not expire.
- Skincare products are non-returnable.
