Refund & Payment Policy

  • Skincare Products: All skincare product purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Treatment Packages: Packages are non-transferable and must be used within one year of purchase.
  • Payment Requirements: Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your appointment.
  • If payment is not made in advance, your card on file will be automatically charged 24 hours before your appointment.
  • No Refunds for Unused Packages: There are no refunds for any unused portions of packages.
  • Protocol Compliance: Packages are designed to follow specific treatment protocols. If you choose not to follow the recommended protocol, results may not be guaranteed, and you may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 48-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: A $75 fee applies to appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service fee.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or loss of your time slot.

Membership Terms

We offer flexible membership options designed to support your ongoing wellness journey.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us in writing.
  • Rejoining Policy: Once canceled, rejoining the clinic may not be guaranteed. Depending on clinic capacity and provider availability, you may be referred to another trusted provider for continued care.
  • Membership Benefits: Benefits and discounts associated with your membership are valid only while your membership is active and in good standing.

Telephone Accessibility

  • For non-urgent matters, please contact us through our main number or website. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
  • We encourage in-person or video visits for clinical discussions.
  • Phone consultations are available for clients who are out of town, unwell, or need quick follow-up.
  • In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Electronic Communication & Telemedicine Policy

  • We provide telemedicine services as part of our hybrid practice model.
  • Communication via text, email, or other digital methods may not be 100% secure. By participating in telemedicine services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
  • You have the right to decline or withdraw consent for telemedicine at any time. However, this may limit our ability to continue providing care.
  • We protect your Protected Health Information (PHI) per HIPAA standards. Your PHI will never be shared for research or marketing without your written consent.

Consent to Treat
