This membership is structured as a monthly wellness contract with a minimum commitment of six (6) months, billed automatically on a monthly basis. Consistency allows our clinical team to safely monitor progress, adjust formulations, and deliver the most effective results over time.

To enroll, members must complete a brief enrollment form acknowledging and agreeing to the six-month minimum commitment. As part of our medical oversight and commitment to safety and efficacy, baseline lab work is required to evaluate vitamin and nutrient levels.
